Behaviorism

Conditioning ( the Pavlovian theory) the pattern of reward-punishment to reinforce the "right" behavior. The method is based on repetition of a task to engrave, to memorize facts gathered by others. Based on the (mistaken) idea that students have to learn what you teach them. The theory disregards personality, the fact that people may react differently to a situation. The model: input = output. Method at school: frontal class work.
