We have to get an accurate picture of the community and people who may be involved:

  • Organizations
  • Volunteers, helpers
  • Service providers
  • Other stakeholders may be involved; colleagues, etc.

    • All of the above will influence the technology used (LMS, graphics, etc.).

    We must take into account:
  • The objectives of school/ organization
  • The students' opinion, attitudes and their elearning experience. It will influence the level of difficulty, style and design
  • Other opinions, ideas and suggestion.
