Design

We are at the second step of the ADDIE method, at the Design. We already know the Learning objectives, which are in line with the needs of the learners and the expectations for the learning material. During the design we decide on key issues such as
  • The order and structure of the content,
  • Format of elearning,
  • Activities,
  • The way of assessment.
We can start to develop the material after drawing up these issues in an Instructional design document.
