The frame story

The task is in a frame story, a museum has received the device in a parcel. The students' challenge to find out

  • who made it;
  • for what purpose;
  • how does it work;
  • as well as to sketch the physical background so that the device can be displayed in the museum.

There are lots of hints hidden in the material. The spot is a room in the museum with furniture. The drawers, the pictures, the books contain messages, clues, formulas, animations, simulations and external links to further simulations and films. The equipment itself is also presented in details and functions, as well as while operating. Putting together all the information the students can explore the experiment for themselves.
